Paolo is a general practice attorney with a specialization in real estate transactions including home purchase and sale, commercial and industrial closings and refinances, general corporate transaction and document review, and construction law.

He has gained legal recognition among colleagues and clients through his professional achievement, peer recognition, and other distinctions. Paolo graduated with a double major from New York University summa cum laude in 2009 and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012 in the top 3% of his class. He was subsequently admitted to legal practice in 2013 after successfully passing the bar exam.
